Standard solutions
Our standard solutions for wire, strip and tube forming enable us to solve a variety of manufacturing problems and cover a wide range of articles and variants. By combining several stations with one transfer, a wide variety of processes can be linked together at high cycle rates.
This can be done with our clamping ring machine or the X2000NC, which, depending on its configuration, can produce door strikers, rail clips, headrest support brackets or a variety of other items from wire and tube. Or with the Speedmax, which is ideal for the high-volume production of formed articles. We have also developed a machine standard for the production of chains.
