Product Introduction
Automatic CNC Spring Coiling Machine adopts a two axis high-precision computer to control the wire feeding shaft and camshaft, and the two axes can operate synchronously or independently. The wire feeding shaft controls the wire feeding, and the camshaft drives the cam to control the outer diameter, pitch, cutting tool, and forming. This machine is mainly suitable for processing various precision compression springs (spiral springs), simple torsion springs, and tension springs within the wire diameter range, such as compression springs, tower springs, nozzle springs, battery springs, electronic springs, keyboard springs, toy springs, magazine springs, lighting springs, oil seal springs, probe springs, gastroscope springs, and precision springs.
